Each Charm design is cut out of a coin of your choice with a circle loop at the top. The year is completely cut away from this design, so this is done on random year only coins. This design is also available with a pinch bail (instead of a circle loop), however, those can not go on a key chain, bracelet, or thick chain necklace.
